Why having a wedding planner is important

Reasons why it is smart to have a wedding planner

You just found yourself in this big mission which is to organize your own wedding. You don’t know where to start, there are a lot of things you have to think about and it’s starting to feel overwhelming… So you start to think if a wedding planner would help. If it’s worthy. Most of your friends had one, but… do you really need one? If this feeling sounds familiar, keep reading. This post will make things more clear for you.

WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER

I am a wedding planner, that’s no secret, but I know hiring a wedding planner is not for everyone. However, if you find yourself in any of the following situations, I’d give it a thought and I’d hire one to make your life and planning, much easier, smooth and happier!

REASONS YOU NEED A WEDDING PLANNER

– You both have full time jobs and can’t take calls or do visits anytime of the day you want.

– You are planning in having a destination wedding.

– You could use some external creativeness.

– You have a lot of ideas but you are not sure how to put them together.

– You don’t know what vendors you should trust.

– You don’t have a bossy friend who can be there coordinating the day-of.

WHAT A WEDDING PLANNER WILL DO FOR YOU

If you happen to find yourself in any of those, please think about it. You won’t regret it! A wedding planner not only will assist you on those but will take care of any unexpected issue happening on the day-of without you noticing a thing. So you’ll be able to focus on YOU and YOUR PARTNER, and your family, and friends, and in having fun and feeling all the love of the day.

In case I haven’t convinced you yet because there are some things that you want to organise yourself, or because you are super detailed-oriented and you think you don’t need help, let me tell you a good thing: You don’t have to hire a wedding planner for everything. In fact, you have these 3 options:

1. Full wedding planning

Yes, here the wedding planner will do everything. From helping you with the vendors, to style the wedding and taking care of the day for you.

2. Partial wedding planning

In case there are a few things that you want to manage or you just need help with the styling, here is where the partial wedding planning comes. Just speak with your wedding planner about it and she’ll adjust the budget depending on the items she has to take care of.

3. Coordinator of the day-of

And finally the day-of coordinator. I’d say even if you don’t need anything else, go for this one if you don’t want to be on your phone or thinking if the flowers of the entrance have arrived, instead of enjoying the day. Hire a person to take care of everything during your day, so you can focus on the truly important, which is that you are making a promise to be with your partner forever.

At the end of the day, you want someone professional by your side for you to be relaxed and make sure the day of your wedding goes perfectly and as planned.

xx
