Our Process
Step 1. Getting to know you
This is the first step of the fun and the one that will set the tone of the whole planning experience and the wedding. Here is when we get to know you and everything about your wedding plans, ideas, and desires. We want to know about you in order to design and make a reality a unique wedding that follows your aesthetic and personality.
Step 2. Timeline & Planning
After having all the information, we’ll set up a customized timeline, which will include all the items of the planning process and the planning will start. From suggesting incredible venues to giving you curated lists of vendors that are aligned with your wedding in terms of aesthetic and budget.
Step 3. Design
Step three will begin during step 2, as the design will determine parts of the planning. We’ll create a unique concept for your wedding and you’ll get a personalized design. The design board will include all the details of your wedding. Starting with the color palette, moving to flower decorations, tables set up, and everything you can imagine, that will make your wedding not only special but also unique.
Step 4. Making Your Dream Destination Wedding a Reality
And after all the planning experience the DAY will come. White Dots Weddings team will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly and to support you in every way, so you can enjoy every second of it.
